Our mission is to raise the funds we need to provide the family activities, outreach programs, support programs, and quality services that families challenged by autism need.
Time and time again, our families give back, reaching out to their families and beyond to tell their personal stories of how the Center has been the ‘center’ of their family’s life because of the strength, support, and family atmosphere we provide. But they can’t do it alone.
We are committed to minimizing all costs that do not directly benefit our families. We are committed to continuously seek funding sources that will cover costs where needed, such as grants & corporate partners. When you give to HMEA’s Autism Resource Central, you can be certain of one thing: whether your donation purchases a day at camp, a parent workshop or a book for the library, the children we support will succeed because of your generosity. Every dollar donated stays here in Central Massachusetts to support families.
As a program of HMEA, Inc., we are a 501c(3) organization and therefore your donations are tax-deductible. All donations made over $250.00 will automatically receive an acknowledgement for tax purposes; if you would like an acknowledgement for your donation under $250.00, please send us a request with your donation and we will gladly send it to you.

The Center provides all of its programs at minimum or no cost; most of the costs are covered by fundraising. However, not all donations have to be monetary!
