I am a NASM certified personal trainer and also a PN L1 certified nutrition coach. I am also a WNBF bikini competitor. I love training clients and helping them get healthy and active. I also work in the restaurant business which I’ve been doing half of my life 17 years!
Have you ran another race longer than 7 miles?
The longest race so far was the Smuttynose half marathon, but I do plan to run Boston marathon some day soon.
What is your training routine?
For training I do a little bit of everything, I like to cross between running, spin class, HIIT training, but my favorite is heavy weight lifting.
What is your favorite food?
I am a very good eater. I love chicken and turkey, all vegetables and I love peanut butter!
What is your favorite time of the day to run?
I prefer to run in the morning. I like to get that early run in right when I wake up.
Do you listen to music while running? What songs are in your playlist?
I listen to my iPod while running and I keep it on shuffle. Trust me my music is all over the place. When I run with friends I prefer no music and to just chat. It makes the miles fly by.
Why do you like to run?
I love to run because I get that runners high, everything disappears, I feel stronger and healthy and any stress melts away!
