Maryann Kane Ph.D.

Maryann Kane was a longtime professor at Mount Wachusett Community College, teaching early childhood courses and the course children with special needs. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters degree in Young Children with Special Needs from Fitchburg State College. Maryann continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University receiving a Doctorate of Education in Child and Youth Studies.
Maryann has supported the Autism Resource Center by walking in the walk every year since the first year at Quinsagomond Community College. She has 4 grandchildren with a grandson diagnosed with autism.

Maryann joined the Advisory Board in 2018
