Are you a runner?
Have you always dreamed of running the Falmouth Road Race?
Reach Your Dream ~ Make Dreams Happen
HMEA’s Autism Resource Central, once again, has been selected to participate in the New Balance Falmouth Road Race Numbers for Nonprofits Program. We have Seven bibs for Seven runners who have a passion for our cause.
The race is seven miles long and begins in front of the Woods Hole Community Center, on Water Street. The first three miles are narrow, hilly, winding tree-shaded roads, while the last four miles are open on the flat right next to Martha’s Vineyard Sound. A small steep hill lets you know that you are beginning the last half-mile of the race. Once you crest the hill it is “all downhill” to the finish.
This year seven lucky runners will have the experience of a lifetime and through their fundraising efforts enable the Center to be a lifeline for families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders.
