Kristen Cariglia

Kris Cariglia has been a dedicated member of Autism Resource Center since 2006. She began her journey with the organization as an Autism Support Broker for the Autism Waiver Program and was promoted to Director in 2021.

Before joining the Center, Kris worked as an ABA therapist with HMEA, supporting children with autism in the Worcester area. Her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of regional services make her an invaluable resource for the families she serves.

Kris is known for her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. She has a unique ability to help families feel empowered and supported by breaking down complex processes into clear, manageable steps. Her compassionate and solution-focused approach consistently brings comfort and clarity to those navigating the challenges of autism support.
